I entrusted them with the entire exterior landscaping project, and they did a very thorough job! There were a few disappointing parts due to differences in requests and interpretations, but before I could point them out, they said, "We'll fix it for you," during the final inspection, and they made the corrections free of charge, resulting in a very satisfying finished product! Because of their sincere attitude, I would definitely recommend sairyu to any acquaintances who are looking for an exterior landscaping company. Thank you for your help this time!

We requested exterior construction work to increase our parking space.

We are very satisfied with the result; the budget was lower than other companies' estimates, and the new walls and fences were beautifully finished, blending seamlessly with the existing ones.

They provided detailed consultation from the design stage and created multiple completed drawings for us. Thanks to them, we were able to proceed while visualizing the finished product. Thank you very much.

We would like to work with you again if the opportunity arises.

We requested exterior work for a renovated used property. The work involved installing artificial turf, a fence, and a shade in the garden.

Firstly, the person in charge was young but knowledgeable, which made us feel very confident.

The construction took place over approximately one month in the intense heat of July, and we are incredibly grateful to the workers.

If we were to offer any suggestions for improvement, it would have been helpful to have the installation schedule for any additional items ordered during the construction process shared with us.

Continuing to report, communicate, and consult with us until the very end would have given us even more peace of mind.

We had the entire parking area paved with concrete and a carport installed.

Although our budget was truly unrealistic, they listened attentively to our needs from the beginning and provided us with a highly satisfying exterior landscaping project at half the price of other companies.

After construction began, they advised us on a partial change that might make dirt less noticeable, and they flexibly accommodated this without changing the price. They also provided photos of the construction progress, which we greatly appreciated.

Having an architect on staff was very reassuring, as we were able to see images of the final design before construction began. From the sales staff to the craftsmen, everyone was incredibly kind and polite.

If any of my acquaintances were unsure about their exterior landscaping project, this would be the first company I would recommend.

They built the exterior and entrance porch for our California house. To be honest, it's a special entrance porch that other exterior contractors said they couldn't do. However, SaiRyu carefully built it at a fair price, and my husband and I are very satisfied and grateful with the entrance we are proud of. Above all, we were amazed at their technical ability, as they were able to create an entrance that we had been told couldn't be done by anyone else and had almost given up on. Thank you so much (^^)

I'm building a new house and requested a quote for the exterior construction online. They contacted me quickly and smoothly provided me with a quote and blueprint proposal.
The content was in-depth and stylish, and the person who handled it was very kind and easy to talk to, which left a good impression.
Due to the construction schedule, I ended up using an affiliated exterior construction company, so I wasn't able to use their services this time, but if anyone I know is having trouble with their exterior construction, I would gladly recommend them to them.

We had the exterior work done on our new house in May 2022. We worked with many people from meetings to completion, and everyone was very pleasant and helpful.
We initially planned to have the work done by the exterior contractor from the house manufacturer, but compared to Sai Ryu, Sai Ryu was by far cheaper and provided a more comprehensive service.
We have already used them again for other work, and would like to continue using them for exterior work in the future.
